The Integrated Security System includes Access Control System, CCTV System, Guard Tour System, and Telephone Entry System.

Desa Sri Puteri Condominium is located adjacent to Desa Petaling and Salak Selatan, a short drive away from KL-Seremban Highway and the city via Jalan Sungei Besi. FAIR Technologies provides Vehicle Access Control System to allow the Guard to control the traffic to the development.

FAIR Technologies scope of work includes monitoring & control of electric cell lock, lock interlocking system, card access control system, badging system, duress alarm system, integration to CCTV, Intercom, Call Button, Metal Detection System, and Supervisory Management System.
